Company Party: The Roaring 20s

OBJECTIVE: Throw an exceptional company party for more than 500 employees and their guests featuring food, activities, and socalizing

SOLUTION: Our 1920s themed evening featured a live band, swing dancers, a police “raid,” and food and beverages from the era. Our internal event team of four (event coordinator, marketing communications specialist, marketing manager, and my role - graphic designer) collaborated with external vendors and internal constituents to execute our vision.

ROLE: Art direction, graphic design, and production of some of the smaller pieces. I put together mood boards, power point presentations to internal and external constituents, and concept documents. I designed the logo, bar fronts, signage, newspapers for the window coverings, prize pack designs, photo booth signs/props, a looping 15 minute video to play above the band (without sound), and monitor graphics that would show stats, facts, and thank yous. I assisted in planning the actual event, including party layout, concept, vendor interaction, and prize packs.
